Thomas Joseph Mooney

PFC Thomas Joseph Mooney of Belleville, N.J. KIA Sept. 27, 1918.Private First Class Thomas Joseph Mooney, 25, of 3 Cedar Hill Avenue, was killed in action on Sept. 27, 1918.

He joined the Army on Sept. 22, 1917, from Brooklyn, New York.

Pvt. Mooney served with the 106th  Infantry Regiment, 27th  Infantry Division.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Catherine Huggins of No. 6th St., Newark. 

PFC Mooney is buried at Plot B, Row 02, Grave 02, at Somme American Cemetery, Bony, France.
